+Where are your products manufactured?
We travel all over the world in search for craftsmen that will meet our customers needs. We currently work with manufacturers in India, Malaysia, China and Indonesia. Jessica and I personally visit every single factory we work with on a regular basis and make sure they continue to meet our strict benchmarks for ethical business practices and quality control.
+Do you use flame retardants in your furniture?
No. None of our foam or fabrics contain PBDE (flame retardants) and they are certified to be free of toxic gases. We strive to do what is best for the environment and safe for your home. All of our products are compliant with revised California technical bulletin TB-117-2013.
+Do you have a showroom or a brick and mortar location?
Currently we don't have any showrooms. This allows us to keep our overhead down and offer the great pricing that you see. Try out our furniture in your own home! Why not with our no questions asked 30 day return policy? And with free shipping, it makes the deal even sweeter.
+Can I have a sample of fabric swatches to be sure about my decision?

+What kind of warranty do you have on your products?
Our products are designed to last, and we stand by their quality. All of our products come with a one year warranty. We will replace or repair any product with a defect in material or workmanship. Our manufacturer’s warranty applies one year from date of delivery. For the warranty to apply, the product must have been used for its intended purpose through normal use. Products are not covered by warranty if used for commercial purposes or defect is from causes beyond normal wear and tear.

+Are your products commercial grade?
All of our leather products are commercial grade. Many of our other products are suitable for commercial use as well. Please reach out to us via chat or at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have commercial suitability questions.
ORDERING & PAYMENT
+Do you offer financing?
Yes! We offer great financing options through our lending partner Klarna. Select 'Slice it" at checkout for details and to get approved instantly.
+Do you charge sales tax?
We do not charge sales tax in any state except Texas.
+How do I cancel my order completely?
Contact us immediately to cancel your order. If your order has not left our warehouse we will cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse unfortunately we can not cancel your order and you will have to return the product in accordance with our return policy.
+Will I receive all the items in my order at the same time?
We ship your items as they are available. If all of the items on your order are in-stock and ready to ship, you will receive them at the same time. If an item is backordered or delayed, it will ship separately, at no extra charge. For your convenience, furniture items are held for a single delivery, shipping when all furniture items on the order are available.
+How long will it take to receive my order?
Product pages provide our best estimates for delivery windows. In stock items will ship within 48 hours. Shipping transit time is, on average, 5 to 14 business days depending on the size of your order and destination. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped for a more accurate estimate with respect to transit time.
+How do I know when my order has shipped?
We will email a tracking number as soon as your order has left our warehouse to allow for easy, updated tracking from our warehouse to your front door. Please feel free to contact us with any questions at email@example.com.
+What do I do if my furniture does not fit during delivery?
If you have a tight doorway or hallway, we highly recommend you measure the space before placing an order to ensure you have a smooth delivery process. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions about dimensions of an item or the best way to measure your space. We can give you the product dimensions before assembly, which may solve your problem!
+I’m not ready for my item, should I still order now or wait?
You should still order now to ensure we can ship the item when you are ready. We are happy to hold onto your item until the timing is convenient for you. Please express that in your order notes and contact us at email@example.com as soon as you place your order to ensure we put a hold on your shipment.
+I am concerned about submitting my credit card information online. Is it safe to place an order on your site?
Yes, absolutely safe. Your credit card information is transferred using the same 256 bit encryption and physical security that banks use.

+How much do you charge for shipping?
Regardless of shipping method, shipping is ALWAYS free!
+Can I return my order?
If for any reason you don’t love your new furniture you can return it within the first 30-days, no questions asked. Provided you return the furniture in as-new condition and in the original packaging we will refund your purchase, less the cost of return shipping.
+What if something is missing from my order?

+What are the shipping and delivery options?
We ship your items for free to your “front door”. For an upgrade fee of $199, we will provide a premium white glove delivery — a team will move and unpack your product in the room of your choice, assemble the item, and dispose of all packaging. Please refer to our shipping policy for additional details on both of these options.
+Will the delivery team take away my old sofa?
No, the delivery team will not remove any old furniture nor are they able to move existing furniture due to liability reasons. Please ensure your area is cleared before your new furniture arrives, especially if you have upgraded to in-home delivery & assembly.
+What if my furniture is damaged during shipping?
No need to stress - we will send you replacement parts or replace the item if necessary. If you notice the packaging or item is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the item from the shipping company and contact us. We will send out a replacement item within 3 business days. If you notice the damage after delivery, please take a few photos and send them to email@example.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will assess the damage and fix the issue.

+Will I be notified when my furniture will be delivered?
For UPS/Fedex orders you can track your shipment. All freight delivery services for larger items (sofas, large dining tables, etc.) will call you ahead of time to square away a good delivery window.
